Applicant

1. For Student
2. Latest copy of fees structure
3. Education cert. of student
4. Bonafide of student (if any)
5. KYC documents (Latest Photo, Copy of Latest Utility bill (link document in case of rented premises), Aadhar card and Pan Card. For co-applicant –Parents
6. Registration under shop and establishment Act & Registrations Certificate under GST
7. KYC documents (Latest Photo, Copy of Latest Utility bill (link document in case of rented premises), Aadhar card and Pan Card.
8. Provisional financials for current financial year
9. Last three years ITR computation of income & balance sheet [last three years ITR computation & form 16 for salaried]
10. Last one year bank account statement (all saving as well as current bank accounts maintained)
11. Latest Net worth statement (in case of loan amount of Rs. 25.00 Lakhs & above)
12. Certificate for statutory dues from Chartered accountant (in case loan amount is Rs. 50.00 Lakhs & above)
13. Details of all live loan accounts along with sanction letter & statement (NOC if any account is reported as closed)

Security related documents

1. Title Document, Chain document, MAP Sanctioned from competent authority, Latest Tax receipt , Latest Mutation copy, NOC from Competent authority or other documents as advised by panel advocate

Guarantor

Our educational loan provides you with the flexibility to choose a repayment tenure that aligns with your financial situation. You can repay the loan with ease by making convenient monthly instalments. You have the option to select a repayment plan of up to 84 equated monthly instalments, with or without a moratorium period as per the terms of your loan sanction.
Parents should have a regular source of income to get an educational loan for their children. The loan incurs a processing/scrutiny charge of 1.15% of the loan amount, or as per the sanctioned terms. As a borrower, you will also be required to purchase shares of the bank as per the terms of your loan sanction. Additionally, other terms and conditions apply as per the sanctioned terms. We require two guarantees from individuals with a secure income and sufficient net worth, as well as a mortgage of immovable property with a market value sufficient to cover the loan amount as security for our educational loan.
