Eligibility & Educational Qualification :Graduate from any discipline. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing higher educational and or professional qualification. CA/ ICWA/CAIIB /MBA (finance) or any other Diploma or certificate course in banking or finance.
The Candidate should
- Have minimum 10 Years of working experience as AGM/ Sr. Manager/ Branch Manager in any Co-Operative, Commercial bank or any financial institution.
- Not be above the age of 50 years as on 30th Oct 2023.
Candidate with excellent communication skills and proven leadership qualities to lead a team of talented people to take the bank to greater heights may have ample opportunities to reach top position in bank.
Eligibility & Educational Qualifications for Branch Managers: – Graduate from any discipline. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing higher educational and or professional qualification i.e. JAIIB/CAIIB / CA/ICWA/MBA or any other Diploma or certificate course in banking or finance.
The Candidate should
- Have at least minimum 5 years of working experience in Co-Operative, Commercial bank or any financial institution in managerial/supervisory capacity.
- Not be above the age of 50 Years as on 30 th Oct 2023.
- Candidate with experience in processing of loan proposals would be preferred.
Target driven approach with excellent track record & business acumen is expected for this role.
