Details: • On 13th September 2016 a work shop for all officers of the Bank on “Responding instead of Reaction” and also on soft skills was arranged at head Office of the Bank. Shri Vishesh Prasad Trainer Manager ADCC Nagpur elaborated the topic and further rejuvenated the participants through stress relieving exercise/ techniques.
• Shri Milind Sonwane of SBI Life Insurance gave account of “Rin Raksha” scheme being implemented by our branches for all Personal Loans and also dwelt upon newly introduced schemes in addition to the existing ones.
• Shri Rodricks Morris, Chief Knowledge Resource of Big V Telecom explained to participants about the functioning of IVRS (software) system to enable staff members of the Bank respond to the customer calls in a courteous manner. He further gave live demonstration of how a call from call centre is received and desired response from the person who attends the same.
